What You Get to Do

As a member of the Fringe Team, the Customer Operations Specialist will serve alongside the customer success team, vendor team and Salesforce Developers to create and support processes for customer success, benefit enrollment and customer data analysis.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

  • Diagnosing operational workflow issues and engaging with the wider operations team to resolve them.
  • Working with CSMs to onboard new companies to Fringe, setup and refine new client programs and address eligibility changes for those enrolled in Fringe.
  • Executing select benefit enrollments and resolving enrollment issues with varying stakeholders.
  • Learn advanced reporting techniques and utilize the data gathered to aid in better processes for other teams in Fringe (customer service, finance, vendor, success team, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior job experience working successfully with people and processes.
  • Ability to effectively diagnose problems and work towards resolution.
  • 2+ years' experience of working in a position surrounding data and operational processes.
  • Experience and intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • B.S. in Business, Operations or Substantial Relevant Experience.
